Put some south in yo mouth! We serve classic American BBQ and southern style soul food with our own unique twist. All of our meats are carefully prepared and cooked slow and low in our specially imported U.S. smoker right here in the open kitchen, ranging from six to ten hours, using a combination of hickory, cherry and mesquite wood. We also prepare our side dishes from scratch every day, mix up our housemade BBQ sauces and dressings, bake our cornbread and pies fresh, so every time you step in our door, you can smell those flavours in the air. All meat and vegetables are sourced from local butchers and farmers. We use high quality natural ingredients, free of additives and preservatives, because that‘s what we would feed our families.
